Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: November 21, 2025
1. Digital 3D Models (No Returns/Refunds)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital 3D model files are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions: A refund or replacement may be considered only if the file is proven to be corrupted or fundamentally unusable after we have attempted to provide technical support and resend the file. You must notify us of any technical issues within 2 days of purchase.
2. 3D Printed Products (Physical Items)
A. Standard (Non-Custom) Products
If you purchased a physical 3D printed item that was not custom-made or personalized (e.g., a standard model from our catalog):

Eligibility Window: You may request a return within 3 days of the delivery date.

Conditions: The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Return Process:

Contact us at dunlapreneurs@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
B. Custom or Personalized 3D Prints (Final Sale)
Products that are custom-printed based on your unique 3D file submission, personalized designs, or specific material/color requests are considered Final Sale and are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exceptions for Defects: A return or replacement will only be offered if the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.

A manufacturing defect does not include minor variations in color, dimensions, or surface finish inherent to the 3D printing process (see Terms & Conditions).

Defect/Damage Claim Process: You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the defect or damage. We will review the evidence and, if the claim is approved, we will either reprint and reship the product or issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Cancellations

Digital 3D Models: Orders for digital models cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed due to instant delivery.

3D Printed Products: You may request to cancel an order within 3 hours of placement. If the printing process has not yet begun, we will process a full refund. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
