1. Processing Time

3D Printed Products (Physical Items):

Since most products are manufactured on demand, processing time includes printing, post-processing (cleaning, curing, finishing), and quality control.

Standard processing time is typically 2-3 business days from the time the order is confirmed and the 3D file is ready for production.

Large, complex, or multi-quantity orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Digital 3D Model Files (Instant Downloads):

Digital files are delivered instantly via an automatic download link provided immediately after payment confirmation.

A link will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

Domestic Shipping:

We offer shipping options through USPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination of your order, and the chosen shipping speed.

Available methods typically include:

Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days transit time.

Priority Mail: 2-3 business days transit time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your 3D printed order ships, you will receive a separate email notification that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately during checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged in Transit: If you receive a package that appears damaged, please document the condition of the package and the product immediately by taking photos before opening it. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement.

Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it (e.g., "porch piracy"), please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible. However, if the tracking information shows the package is stuck or has been lost by the carrier before delivery, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue.
6. Digital Download Issues

If you experience any issues downloading your purchased digital 3D model files (e.g., broken link, file corruption), please contact us immediately at dunlapreneurs@gmail.com so we can provide assistance or resend the files.
7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy for details on returning or seeking refunds for 3D printed products and digital models. Note that personalized or custom 3D prints are typically non-refundable.
