Welcome to A's 3D Prints! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the purchase of our digital 3D models and physical 3D printing services, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Digital 3D Models (If Applicable)
If you purchase digital 3D models from us, the following provisions apply:

Physical Prints (Personal Use): You may print the model for your own personal use. Selling physical prints of the model requires an explicit commercial license.

No Resale of Files: You may not resell or distribute the digital 3D model file under any circumstances.

3. 3D Printing Services (If Applicable)
If you use our service to print a physical object from a 3D file, the following provisions apply:

File Ownership & Liability: You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to upload and request the printing of the 3D files you submit. You retain ownership of your submitted design. You are solely responsible for the content, design, and suitability of the 3D model file.

Prohibited Items: We reserve the right to refuse to print any files that, in our sole discretion, contain:

Content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence.

Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent) of others.

Order Fulfillment: We will use reasonable efforts to match the specifications (material, color, finish) you select. However, due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, dimensions, and surface finish may occur and do not constitute a defect or failure to fulfill the order.

Quality Control: We inspect all prints before shipping. If a print is deemed defective due to our manufacturing process, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. Ordering, Pricing, and Payment
Pricing: All prices for products and services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment: You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your payment method. All payment information is processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store sensitive payment information.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes related to your purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and proprietary 3D model designs (where applicable), is the property of A's 3D Prints and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Customer Designs: As noted in Section 3, you retain all intellectual property rights in the 3D files you upload for printing. We only use your files to fulfill your specific order.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services, including all 3D models and printed objects, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall A's 3D Prints be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Services. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service that is the subject of the claim.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
